You can obtain an application in the Superintendent’s office at 700 N. Nelson, Falls City, TX 78113 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or by requesting it by mail at P.O. Box 399, Falls City, TX 78113, attention Teri Crawford.

The application must be filed at the Superintendent’s office at 700 N. Nelson, Falls City, TX  78113 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 17, 2017.
